Do you want to empower your teen athlete to be at his/her best while playing sports? Then sign him/her up for this series of yoga and mindfulness classes designed to build physical and mental awareness, flexibility, and strength. Lifelong educator, yoga instructor, and mindfulness coach Erin Sonn, M.Ed., RYT, will lead this series for athletes of any sport, aged 13-18. Each hourlong class will focus on the fundamentals of mindful breathing and movement to improve your athlete's range of motion, stability, core strength, balance, and presence in his/her sport(s) of choice!
Classes are held from 2:00-3:00 p.m. in Studio 1 of the Energy Club, Arlington's premier boutique fitness center. Dates of classes (Tuesdays/Thursdays) are: July 17, 19, 24, 26; August 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23.
