“Crystal City is a very active and soulful place. We love hosting Brunch Yoga at the Crystal City Sports Pub because it showcases all of the things that make Sunday mornings delicious - yummy yoga, tasty food, refreshing cocktails, and a sweet community all housed in a friendly fun space. It’s an awesome way to kick off your day!” --Angela Fox, President & CEO of the CCBID
"I've enjoyed attending Erin's Sunday morning yoga classes at the Crystal City Sports Pub mostly because Erin's energy and yogi spirit is so open and so without judgement. I think she digs deep and tries to offer each of us a special practice. It usually makes for a fun time with a diverse group of individuals at all different levels of yoga practice --so it is easy to fit in. Finally, the pub is a neighborhood family destination. Food and drinks are very good and modestly priced. So, come on out and join us! See you on the mat." -- Nicole D.
"I have surprised myself by becoming a frequent Sunday yoga class attendee at Crystal City Sports Pub. As a person who first came to class without a regular yoga background, the informal setting and promise of a bloody mary afterwards initially drew me in. Maybe some other people would mostly want to feel like they exercised and got a bloody mary, and this class will not be full of advanced yogis, right?!!! People are very welcoming, and I do not feel judged when I quietly giggle to myself about my off-balance attempt at a pose, or the suggestion to extend to a seemingly impossible position if it is “in my practice.” I continue to return because Erin provides a very calming experience that completely removes me from day-to-day stressors, and has introduced me to an alternative to my vigorous aerobic exercise and competitive tendencies. I have met a welcoming new community, and have come to really enjoy kicking my Sunday off with yoga, a bloody mary, and good conversation with people from different backgrounds." --Marit
