Educators are some of the hardest working people! I know, because I've worked for Arlington Public Schools for nearly 20 years, and I am surrounded by dedicated, passionate men and women who work tirelessly to provide the best educational experience for our youth every day. 

Oftentimes, these professionals are so busy, they neglect to take care of themselves and eventually become stressed, fatigued, and injured. 

I designed Yoga for Educators (YFE) as a way to offer APS administrators and staff an affordable, accessible, and convenient yoga program. Through weekly classes held on site at various APS schools and buildings, educators work to increase their mental and physical strength and balance. 

Classes are $10/per person and there is a minimum of 5 yogis per class. If you are interested in having a YFE class at your building, email me @ EatYogaDrink@gmail.com to make arrangements.
