Private Yoga Sessions

Erin offers private yoga lessons in her home studio--Sonn Salutations--for individuals and pairs. These sessions are tailored based on the needs, goals, medical conditions, and experience level of each yoga student. Depending on your intention, sessions may include breath work, creating a personalized asana sequence, correcting alignment in physical postures, calming strategies, mindfulness, and goal-setting. This is your practice!

Private Mindfulness Classes

Are you feeling anxious? Having trouble sleeping? Feeling disconnected from your authentic self or the life you are living? Developing a mindfulness practice might be exactly what serves you best to realign with your intention, build present moment awareness and appreciation, and live your best life. Mindfulness helps increase concentration, compassion, and gratitude, while decreasing symptoms of anxiety and depression. Through private mindfulness sessions with Erin, you will build a practice that is easily sustainable in your everyday life and will cultivate resilience to shine brightly, even in challenging times.

Erin loves a good party— gathering friends, family, and/or coworkers for a shared mindful movement experience is the best way to honor an occasion! Whether you are celebrating a birthday, planning a bachelor/ette party, or creating a team building experience for your workmates, a private yoga class with a sequence and playlist designed just for your special occasion is the way to go.
