We’ll fuel ourselves with delicious local dishes, like tapas and pastel de nana, and our daily mindfulness and movement will help suport our bodies and minds as we travel from location to location.

YOGA, MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION
Enjoy yoga classes and mindfulness exercises in various beautiful locations in our destination cities. These movement sessions will nourish your body before or after exploring the local landscape and will offer mental and heartful space to digest all that you experience.
CONNECT WITH NATURE
Dip your toes in the soft sand as you marvel at the arching limestone cliffs atop the glistening turquoise water. The beaches along the Algarve coastline are wonderfully unique and relaxing. We will also hike through a nature park and cruise around the caves on a private boat. The weather at this time of year is absolutely lovely!
FOOD, DRINK & CULTURE
In true eat.YOGA.drink. spirit, our Vacation Retreat in Portugal and Spain will include tastings of local beer and wine alongside divine culinary experiences and breathtaking scenery. Learn how the early explorers of the 15th and 16th centuries influenced the global spices and ingredients found in the delicious dishes served today.
RELAXATION
While there is a lot to do and see on this magical Vacation Retreat, there will also be plenty of time to pick-your-own adventure or choose to rest by the coast and connect with the splendor of the scenery.
ACCOMMODATIONS
We will be staying in well-appointed four-star hotels in all of our destinations within Portugal and Spain. Each hotel will offer upscale comfort and plentiful amenities to suit your traveling needs. All standard rooms are double occupancy, but there is also a single occupancy rate offered. For double occupancy rooms, it is highly suggested that you travel with someone you know to ensure compatibility in your room. If you are traveling alone, you will be matched with another traveler. We will do our best to make it a good fit. If you are interested in triple occupancy rates (when available—triple occupancy only for three travelers who sign up together), please reach out to our travel hosts at MVP International.

REGISTRATION DETAILS
This tour is carefully and professional curated by MVP International, specializing in group travel that includes, sports, culture, and memories. They will be handling all registrations.
The cost of this vacation retreat is as follows:
DOUBLE OCCUPANCY: $4595.00 per person
SINGLE OCCUPANCY: $5495.00 per person
TRIPLE OCCUPANCY: Ask MVP Tour Operator about availability and pricing. This only an option when a group of three registers together.
A nonrefundable deposit of $500 is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. The retreat costs include the following:
Private transfers to/from the airports in Portugal and Spain (as long as you are on the group flight or a flight that arrives around the same time)
8 nights total of four-star hotel accommodations in the destination cities
Daily yoga or mindfulness/meditation sessions in beautiful locations
Daily breakfast at the hotel and several other meals (lunch or dinner), per the itinerary

Payment plans are available. All payment details and waivers are within the traveler portal. When you log in, you will create an account with your email and a password. The portal houses all of the information about the trip from now through our arrival in Portugal and Spain. Once we arrive, we communicate via group WhatsApp messaging.
