Load up in the EYD van for a fun road trip to Frederick, Maryland. First, enjoy games and snacks on the way up, then roll out your mat at Idiom Brewing Co. for an invigorating yoga flow and a pint. After, choose your own adventure! Enjoy downtown Frederick for the day with its charming shops, restaurants, historical sites, and art galleries. Or, purchase a ticket for the Maryland Craft Beer Festival happening nearby in Carrol Creek Park (5 min walk from Idiom) and sample sips from participating breweries. There are two ticket options: $65 VIP for admission from noon - 5 p.m. and access to special pours or $45 for admission from 1:30 - 5 p.m. Both options include a souvenir glass and beer samples from all participating breweries.
The retreat is limited to 12 yogis, but you may also meet us for Yoga + Beer at Idiom if you'd just like to enjoy that experience. Since capacity is limited, no refunds can be issued. However, you are free to transfer your ticket to another yogi interested in joining us. Contact us if you need help, as there will likely be a waitlist.
