YOGA, MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION
Enjoy daily yoga classes in various locations around the resort—poolside, rooted in the grassy Earth, on the beach, and more. Move mindfully and breathe in the fresh Costa Rican air and beautiful scenery. Connect deeper to your core being, as well as to the lush natural surroundings of the Costa Rica landscape, through daily guided mindfulness and meditation experiences.
PICKLEBALL
Grab a paddle and join us on the courts for fun, friendly competition. Onsite pickleball pros will offer lessons and organized match play for our group. Whether you’re a novice or a 5.0, you’ll enjoy playing on the beautiful (often monkey-lined) resort courts.
ADVENTURE
Choose among an array of excursions to fill your free time while on this Costa Rica getaway! Whether you are a daredevil and wish to soar above the canopy on a zip line or prefer the calmness of a sunset horseback ride, there is something for every level of adventure.
RELAXATION
Retreat from the hustle of your life and take advantage of the resort amenities, relaxing by the pristine beaches, floating in the beautiful pool, napping under the monkey-filled trees, or taking in 18 holes on the spectacular golf course surrounded by lush, tropical forests. If rest and rejuvenation are what you are after, this is the vacation retreat for you!
ACCOMMODATIONS
You will spend eight days and seven luxurious nights at Villa Tranquila, an award-winning villa set within Hacienda Pinilla, Costa Rica’s most prestigious 5-star beach resort. Each suite (double and triple occupancy) is appointed with a private en suite bathroom, balcony or patio, living space, attentive housekeeping, and laundry services. Meals (breakfast and dinner) are expertly and freshly prepared onsite by an international chef. Relax in the inviting pool at the villa, or use one of the golf carts to drive a short distance to one of several glorious beaches nearby.

7:00 p.m. Homecooked Dinner at the Villa
8:30 p.m. Evening Yin Yoga under the Stars (most nights)

REGISTRATION DETAILS
The cost of this vacation retreat is based on double or triple occupancy and includes the following:
Private airport transfers to/from Liberia International Airport, if incoming flight arrives before 2 p.m. local time
8 days/7 nights accommodations at Villa Tranquila, a luxury hacienda
Daily yoga, mindfulness/meditation sessions with personalized attention
Three pickleball coaching sessions with the resort pro and optional daily court play
Two prepared-from-scratch meals a day (breakfast & dinner)

ALL ROOMS ARE SOLD OUT! We will welcome 18 yogis for this ideal getaway in paradise. Following are the rates for this Vacation Retreat:

This Vacation Retreat is for guests aged 18 and older. A nonrefundable deposit of $550/pp is due at time of booking in order to reserve your spot. Payment can be made by check (payable to eat.YOGA.drink., LLC.), ApplePay, or Venmo (@eatYOGAdrink). Remaining balance due by August 1, 2024. You are also welcome to pay in full upon registering or pay in installments, as long as the full balance is received by May 1, 2024 (early bird pricing) or August 1, 2024 (regular pricing). Deposits ($550) are nonrefundable, as they cover administrative and processing costs. In the event of a cancellation by the traveler, retreat balances (minus $550 deposit) are only refundable if the EYD Vacation Retreat hosts are able to fill that spot with another traveler by August 1, 2024. Cancellations after August 1, 2024 cannot and will not be refunded, gifted, or transferred, and the vacant guest spots will be filled from the Vacation Retreat waitlist to guests who pay retreat fees in full. In the event of a cancellation by someone you arranged to room with, the EYD Vacation Retreat hosts solely reserve the right to arrange another guest in your double or triple occupancy room (typically the next person on the retreat wait list, if an appropriate match), and they will pay the full Vacation Retreat registration fee. Full refunds (deposits and retreat balance, but not other fees you incur related to travel, such as flight expense) will be issued in the event of COVID-19 or other safety-related cancellations made by eat.YOGA.drink.

Airfare (arrange flights in/out of Liberia, LIR)
Lunch and snacks each day (we will stop at a grocery store on way to villa from the airport)
Beer/wine/alcohol/nonalcoholic beverages at resort (except for welcome cocktails, coffee, and juice at breakfast)
