Grab your mat (and empty growlers), we're going on a road trip! Join us on our 4th eat.YOGA.drink. "Will Yoga for Beer" adventure as we travel south to Fredericksburg for yoga and beer at Strangeways Brewing! Our second stop will be a mindful drinking experience at Adventure Brewing. Our final stop, which includes a brewery tour and beer talk, will be at Brew Republic in Woodbridge. It's a day of poses, pints, fun, fellowship, and lots of laughs!
Ticket price of $90 includes round trip transportation from Arlington (friendly designated driver Vince will keep us safe!), movement experiences, a pour at each brewery, and memories for a lifetime.
