Cultivate awareness of the present through a unique, hands-on sensory exploration. Travel on a mindfulness journey, awakening the senses, one by one, to quiet the active mind and build acceptance and appreciation of each moment. Participants will understand the benefits of mindfulness in daily life and how to practice throughout the day, even in the busiest of times.
